Section 1

General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "the Player") and bh998 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all use of the bh998 website, mobile application, and associated services. bh998 is a registered brand operating an online casino and sports betting platform for the Bangladesh market.

bh998 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on the bh998 platform. It is the User's responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of bh998 following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being made available for reference purposes, the English version shall take precedence in all matters of interpretation and enforcement.

Section 2

Account Registration & Eligibility

To access the full range of bh998 services — including placing bets, making deposits, claiming bonuses, and withdrawing winnings — you must create a registered bh998 account. Registration is free and open to eligible users as defined in this section.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. bh998 is strictly an 18+ platform.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh (or a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited) at the time of using the platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid Bangladeshi mobile number.
• Each individual may hold only one bh998 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.
• You must not register or use a bh998 account on behalf of another person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by bh998 or another gaming platform, at the time of registration.
• You must not use any automated software, bots, or scripts to register or interact with the bh998 platform.

bh998 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or where unusual activity is detected. Accepted documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification issued by Bangladesh authorities.

Section 3

Deposits & Withdrawals

bh998 supports a range of payment methods designed specifically for the Bangladesh market. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bh998 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which bh998 accepts no liability.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by bh998 compliance.
• bh998 may require identity verification to be completed before processing any withdrawal request.
• bh998 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected pending investigation.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to a bh998 account and used for gameplay. Players should contact support immediately if a deposit is made in error before wagering commences.

Section 4

Bonuses & Promotions

bh998 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to local events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major cricket tournaments including BPL and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the conditions set out in this section as well as any additional terms published alongside the specific promotion.

• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (wagering requirement) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Wagering requirements apply to the combined total of deposit and bonus unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• bh998 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, alter wagering requirements, or cancel a promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Any evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and account suspension.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Maximum bet limits apply when playing with active bonus funds. Bets exceeding the maximum permitted stake may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

Section 5

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

All bh998 users are expected to conduct themselves honestly, lawfully, and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following obligations and restrictions apply to every registered account holder and visitor to the bh998 platform.

You agree that you will:

• Keep your bh998 account login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.

• Use the bh998 platform solely for personal, recreational gaming purposes.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Bangladesh regarding online gambling and financial transactions.
• Update your account information promptly if any of your registered details change.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bh998:

• Using any form of software, algorithm, artificial intelligence tool, or automated betting system to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the bh998 house.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer poker, baccarat, or any multiplayer game format.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, game bugs, or miscalculated odds in any bh998 game or betting market.
• Using the bh998 platform to launder money or process transactions connected to unlawful activity.
• Opening accounts in a false name or using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund an account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward bh998 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or replicate any part of the bh998 platform, its software, or its content without express written permission.

Section 6

Age Restriction & Verification

bh998 operates a strict minimum age policy. No person under the age of 18 years may register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, or participate in any promotional offer on the bh998 platform. This policy is non-negotiable and applies without exception.

bh998 takes underage gambling seriously and employs a range of technical, procedural, and manual controls to prevent access by minors. These controls include but are not limited to: age declaration at registration, identity document verification, and cross-referencing of registered date of birth against submitted identification.

• Players must declare that they are 18 years of age or older during the registration process. A false declaration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• bh998 reserves the right to request age verification documents (National Identity Card, passport, or equivalent) from any player at any time, without prior notice.
• Accounts where age verification cannot be completed to bh998's satisfaction will be suspended pending resolution. Deposits made during the suspension period will be refunded; winnings accrued during an unverified period may be voided.
• Where bh998 discovers that an account has been used by a person under the age of 18, the account will be immediately closed, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

Section 7

Account Suspension & Closure

bh998 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including chargebacks, payment fraud, or identity theft.
• Failure to complete age or identity verification within the timeframe specified by bh998.
• Discovery that an account is registered in the name of, or being operated by, a person under the age of 18.
• Player request for self-exclusion under the bh998 Responsible Gaming policy.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months. Dormant accounts may attract a monthly maintenance fee after this period; players will be notified by email before any fee is applied.

Players wishing to close their own bh998 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

Section 8

Liability & Dispute Resolution

bh998 provides its platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical failures. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services. bh998 will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and communicate planned maintenance windows in advance.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bh998's liability to any player is limited to the net real-money balance held in that player's account at the time the claim arises. bh998 accepts no liability for any indirect, consequential, or speculative losses, including but not limited to loss of anticipated winnings, loss of profits, or emotional distress.

• bh998 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party payment provider outages occurring outside of bh998's direct control.
• In the event of a game or system malfunction that results in incorrect odds, payouts, or game outcomes being displayed, bh998 reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund stakes to the relevant accounts.
• Bets placed on clearly incorrect odds — where the error is objectively obvious to a reasonable person — may be voided at bh998's discretion, and the stake refunded, regardless of the displayed outcome.

Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from the use of bh998, including disputes relating to game outcomes, bonus awards, deposit or withdrawal processing, and account decisions, should be submitted in the first instance to bh998's customer support team at [email protected]. bh998 aims to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a formal complaint.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any unresolved dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts, and both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
